MDF Honeycomb Sandwich Panels consist of two MDF facing sheets bonded to a honeycomb core, forming a lightweight sandwich structure for interior and furniture applications.
Panel Construction
1. Top Facing – MDF Board
Provides a smooth surface suitable for decorative finishing.
2. Core – Honeycomb Core
The lightweight core helps reduce overall panel weight while maintaining panel rigidity.
3. Bottom Facing – MDF Board
Provides the opposite facing layer and completes the sandwich construction.
