FRP XPS Sandwich Panel Structure
Notes:
FRP XPS sandwich panels consist of two FRP facings bonded to an XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) foam core, forming a lightweight composite structure. Each layer serves a different purpose:
01. FRP Facing: Fiberglass reinforced plastic facings provide a durable outer surface and protect the foam core.
02. XPS Foam Core: The extruded polystyrene foam core provides lightweight support and thermal insulation.
03. FRP Facing: The opposite FRP facing completes the sandwich structure and provides surface protection on the other side.
